Tai Chi & QiGong Exercise Class

Twice a month, Saturdays at 11:00am

Join us for Tai Chi Exercise twice a month in 2024 (see below schedule) 11:00 am to noon in the Fellowship Hall. The class is led by Certified Tai Chi instructor Deborah Douglas and is designed to clear your mind, build strength, and improve balance. No charge, donations encouraged. OPEN TO ALL LEVELS.
